How To Use Conference Room Scheduler

The Myrtle Beach Office Conference Room is scheduled on a first-come first-served basis. Please be considerate of others and respect all schedules by exiting the conference room according to your schedule(s).


1. Select the length of your meeting from the Services drop down.

2.Click on the date for your meeting on the calendar

3. Click the start time for your meeting

4. Fill out all the information fields provided 

5. Click Submit.
